MILWAUKEE-He brings spark to the CBS 58 Morning News and zest to the annual effort to "Stamp Out Hunger." We're talking about meteorologist Lance Hill who was put through his paces Friday for the annual "Letter Carrier Olympics."

It's all aimed at bringing attention to this Saturday's food collection by letter carriers for Hunger Task Force.

Just leave a bag on non-perishable foods near your mailbox.

"Here in Milwaukee we participate with every other city in the U.S.," local letter carrier Scott Van Derven explained, "Last year, we collected somewhere north of 800,000 pounds of food. So, we are looking for that million pounds. Because the need is so large in our community."
