We are the MILWAUKEE WOBBLERS.We began in Milwaukee as an alternative spring break group going down to New Orleans to help continue the restoration process of the city. There is still so much work to be done there. We bonded through our com...munity service with each other and the people of New Orleans. Our friendships grew, and the group learned to do a new dance: The Wobble. A new friend whom we met at the volunteer site from the New Orleans ARC group's Terrence taught us all to do the dance. So we started dancing everywhere! In each place we stopped at, beginning in New Orleans, we Wobbled for the camera. The group therefore evolved into the Milwaukee Wobblers: dancing all the way from New Orleans to Milwaukee. We would like to show everyone an energized and fresh image of Milwaukee youths through our volunteer service and our bonding time together with the service.
