Event Description

Our most popular class! Come join us for a focused course in basic cuts, proper knife care, storage, sharpening, and much more! We will be preparing snacks while “honing” our skills with the blade! Hands-on chopping classes where you will learn how to mince slice and dice vegetables and herbs. Knife selection and care, sharpening and honing, are also covered. Proper knife use is extremely important, whether in a professional kitchen or at home. It will help prevent injury, keep your knife in better shape, and even help your recipes turn out better.
