Brunch with the Bunny

Annual Easter Brunch with the Bunny
Sunday, March 31 from 9:00am-2:00pm.

Entrée options include: Chef-Carved Steamship Round of Beef, Chef-Carved Sweet Bourbon Pitt Ham, Roasted Chicken with Honey Thyme Sauce, and Sautéed Salmon with Basil & Chive Cream Sauce.

Available side selections will be Roasted Carrots & Sugar Snap Peas, Chocolate French Toast, Bacon, Sausage, Hash Browns and Cranberry Wild Rice.

Various food stations will be available: Create Your Own Omelet; Pasta Station with Shrimp, Chicken, Italian Sausage, Topped with Alfredo, Marinara, or Cheese Sauce; and a Waffle Station with Cinnamon, Vanilla and Blueberry Syrups. There will also be a Pastry and Bagel Station, which will include the hotel’s Freshly Baked Donuts and Fruit & Nut Breads.

The salad station will include Strawberry Spinach Salad, Tossed Salad with Assorted Dressings, Asian Noodle Salad and Seasonal Fresh Fruit.

The dessert station will include Assorted Pies, Cakes, and Torts; Easter Shooters; Mini Easter Cupcakes; Assorted Bars and Italian Easter Cookies.

Seating will be available in the five story Garden Atrium, as well as the beautiful Grand Ballroom. Hourly reservation times are between 9:00am-2:00pm. Children can expect a visit from the Easter Bunny throughout the event.

Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door for $24.95 per adult, $9.95 per child (ages 5-12). Children 4 and under are free.
