Event Description

A one-man play -- in Milwaukee for one performance only -- by former Seinfeld writer Marc Jaffe and Emmy-nominated playwright Eric Coble about a stand-up comedian whose wife develops young-onset Parkinson disease.
While Parkinson disease is not usually considered a humorous subject, this show offers a funny and touching look at a couple's love and devotion in the midst of a hysterical roller-coaster ride through an escalating mountain of pills, fidelity, secrets, and an exploration of the idea that sometimes it's not the disease that changes us but the "side effects."

To register, call 800-972-5455 or visit www.wiparkinson.org. Registrations are $25 in advance; $35 at the door.

Proceeds will benefit the Wisconsin Parkinson Association for support, education, and research.
