Event Description

Wig Night is an annual fund raiser that started 6 years ago as a fun, girls night out in wigs, and has turned into a unique & successful fundraiser for a charity that is important to me, the MACC Fund.
Wig Night is a highly entertaining social event where men and women, young and old (21+ only) change their identity for one night, come together and proudly wear a wig of their choice. It is super fun and also a great way to meet new people! Whether people go spunky or serious, mingling with friends and strangers alike in the all the variety of wigs is always a hoot! Let's do it for the kids!

Wig Night this year is on Friday, November 9th at the Jock Stop Sports Bar located at 7920 W. National Avenue in West Allis. Christina Blanchard is the Hostess with the Mostess and is excited to see new faces, and new wigs!!

All proceeds from the event goes to the MACC Fund (Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer, Inc.). Founded in 1976, the MACC Fund is dedicated to funding childhood cancer and related blood disorder research.

At age 3, my brother was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, a form of childhood cancer that still to this day is one of the most difficult to beat. 30 years later, he is still a survivor---and the MACC Fund was a big part in my family’s life during our childhood—so this is my little way to do something that feels good and give back. Oh, did I mention this is for the kids??

Please come! Spread the word! Offer a donation, no item is too big or too small.

$10 donation (and wearing a wig) at the door gets you raffle tickets, door prize tickets, silent auction, specials and more!
