My love of dogs helps my bracket to survive March Madness.

Yet another reason why I love dogs so much-they got me second place in my bracket!

You may remember, I picked my bracket based on which mascot I liked the best. So, in true “dog-lover” form, I picked the UCONN Huskies to win it all, and they did!

I must admit, I was a little skeptical of my bracket’s worth for a while. I had UCONN playing the Wofford Terriers in the final game. Seeing as though Wofford lost in the first round, I thought my chances were doomed.

But it turns out only one other person in the pool picked UCONN to win it all, so that boosted me up to second place!

I refrained from blogging for fear that I may jinx myself when things were looking good, but now I”m happy to report that my mascot technique worked!!!

So for anyone who complains about the “girl way” of picking a bracket…did you have anyone left standing?!?! ;)
